When I type in my passcode, the lock screen freezes for about 5 seconds then displays a loading gear screen. Then what looks like a purple screen and a white line flashes for almost half a second. And then I see an Apple logo and I’m back to the passcode screen. I don’t have access to a MacBook right now and I don’t know what to do. How can I fix this?
