can't log in in any of my social media account

Dear Sir,

I am unable to log in to any accounts from my Instagram app or Facebook on my iPhone. All the accounts can be accessed from different web pages and devices but not from the application on my phone.

Whenever I am trying to log in the error msg appears " Sorry, there was a problem with your request".

I have tried reinstalling the app, resetting all my settings but no luck.

Kindly let me know what to do next.

If you're having trouble logging into your Facebook account, here are some things you can try. Go to facebook.com/login/identify and follow the instructions. Make sure to use a computer or mobile phone that you have previously used to log into your Facebook account. Search for the account you want to recover.
