Verification failed: An unknown error occured

In my settings app, there’s a prompt of updating apple id settings and its asking me to enter my apple id password. I did so but the next thing that comes is verification failed: an unknown error has occurred. I reset my password, but every time it gets successfully saved and as soon as i exit safari and try to enter my password again, the same prompt occurs. My account has been disabled and to unlock, i have to reset my password, which i did. About 9 times in the last month. I have been in contact with apple support since a month and there has been no solutions yet. Its driving me crazy. Someone please please help me. I have spent alot on this phone, i want to use it now!!
