I do not get intercom notifications from my HomePod mini

Hi CMCNeal, try the basics first:
-From the Home app>Homepod>Settings - reboot the homepod
-Be sure everything is up to the latest OS
-Be sure the devices are logged into the same AppleID and/or family members are added to Home Network
-Go into the Home app and long press the Home icon button at the top left of the screen, press Home Settings, press Intercom. In here the people are enabled and the HomePod is enabled, correct?
