iPhone 13 Pro Bluetooth Cuts in and Out
I have been having ongoing issues with any Bluetooth device on my iPhone 13 Pro. It cuts in and out or sounds garbled intermittently, sometimes several times during a call, sometimes not at all. I have worked with 3 different Senior Advisors at Apple who have had me jumping through every hoop imaginable to no avail. The other day I saw a thread on here from someone saying he found it to be the Apple Watch Series 2, which I also have. I have conducted an experiment the past 3 days making calls with the watch turned on and off. The problem repeatedly happens with the watch turned on but hasn't happened one time with the watch turned off. The other person purchased a new watch Series 7 and has had no issues since. There is nothing wrong with my watch, and I had no intention of replacing it at this time, however that seems to be the issue. For the hours I have spent on the phone and the aggravation over the past 3 months, I think Apple needs to give me a new watch to solve their problem. If you're having the same or similar issues and have a Series 2 watch, you might want to try turning the watch off and see if that helps
