How to "factory reset" iCloud?

Best regards reader and my hero puzzle solver. I am wondering how to erase everything related to iCloud. Remove any old backups. Remove literally everything.

I am trying to get that type of iCloud like it is when you create it. So far I had 0 success. Deleted old backup, turned off any type of backup options on iPhone, restored iPhone and picked set as brand new but when I logged in to AppleID I still got alot data from before.

Is there any way to literally delete everything and give iCloud and my iPhone "new life"?

Thanks in advance.

"How to 'factory reset' iCloud?: I don’t have anything on iCloud Drive. It is empty. But it still restores from somewhere when I Sign In with Apple ID"
