I want to make sure my Microsoft word subscription is canceled? Can u clarify

If you subscribed through Apple go to Settings/[your name]/Subscriptions. If you see the subscription tap its Cancel button. If there is no Cancel button, and only options to subscribe, then it has been canceled.

If you subscribed directly with Microsoft you must log in to your account at Microsoft and cancel it there; you can’t cancel it on your iPhone.

No one here can tell you that.

Follow the steps in the support document you posted from. That is all that needs to be done.

It will change the “Renews” date there to an “Expires” date and the cancel option will disappear if done correctly.

If the subscription cannot be found by following those steps, then you will need to cancel directly through Microsoft’s website.
