I just purchased my iPhone13 pro max like 2 weeks ago, how much storage is it supposed to come with? Only 5g?

The phone came with whatever storage size you selected. iCloud storage provides 5GB of free storage but it is not on the phone.

The phone does not come with ANY cloud storage.

Your Apple ID is what the cloud storage 'comes with'. You get 5GB for free. You can buy more.
