My iPhone XR won't turn at all I tried a few things like hard reset and dfu mode along with connecting to a computer to try and restore but it won't read that there is an iPhone connected but the phone still won't work my phone was running normal peak performance and was at 95% health is it a screen issue or battery issue or is it a hardware issue like something wrong with the motherboard.

You need to start an Apple support service request. Nobody here in the user forums can diagnose a hardware issue from forum posts. A device that won’t power on at all could have any number of reasons for not booting.
I'm having the same issue, especially after the last update I did (just a few days ago). I'm desperately trying to recover data but i can't even get the phone to stay on- its stuck in the apple logo loop.
