But it’s not running, because it isn’t using any energy. Have you looked at other apps? An app can’t run without consuming energy. That’s the app that tracks shipments that you have sent or are receiving. It is probably always available to receive notifications.
What are you using to view that screen? And what do you see for it when you go to Settings/Battery?

Well of course. That’s just the limit I set on it in hopes to stop the other 17 hours that it’s been running that is clearly visible above it. Doesn’t work. I don’t know how to stop this from running constantly.
Sorry, it’s actually called “screen time”, which you can find under settings. And I’m not sure, that’s why I’m posting this. I can’t seem to remove it, it’s just constantly running for 17 hours straight.
I just went to general phone activity. The ups.com isn’t taking any battery, but it’s just constantly spiking my phone activity for some reason.
Where is “general phone activity”? It is not a feature I am familiar with. But if it isn’t taking any battery, how can it be running?
