could parsec-fbf night run cause a reboot? (macOS Monterey)

It's now the second time that my mac mini (Quad-Core Intel Core i3) crashed over night, showing overheating.

I'm logging temperature, boot time, cpu load and top cpu load processes:

So I get

I.e. at time 01:23:05 , after 10 min of a reboot, temperature had rissen to 85 °C, with heavy parsec-fbf load (280461733)

load average had peaked to 106, slowly decaying back to normal idle load of about 1.5

Any hints or suggestions?
