I think both of them good for photo editing. If you are walking around with it, Air may be better than Pro. If you edit photos at home most of the time, Pro is better.
Anyway, if there is retail AppleStore or Apple Authorized resellers near you, you'd better go to there and touch it ask about your purpose of use it to staffs. I'm sure they will answer of your question.
