Dotted lines in iPhone 13 Pro Max back camera

I have had my iPhone 13 pro max for a week now and i notice that there is a vertical and horizontal dotted line when using the back camera. It appears in photos and videos when they are not with flash. It has been like this from the start. What should I do about this? Is it a hardware issue?
