Cannot Connect to Subscription Panel

I was trying to cancel the subscription for one of the apps on my iPhone but when I click on my iPhone name and then subscription I get cannot connect, this keep happening for more than 2 weeks now and I tried to restart my phone or change the internet connection but I keep getting "cannot connect"


Could you kindly advise?

Try this next. It won’t fix the problem of getting to subscriptions in the settings, but you may be able to get to them in the App Store app.


Launch the App Store app.

Tap on your account icon in the upper right corner.

Tap on Subscriptions
