I did everything to update my phone because all I see is the Apple logo, it said on my Mac that the update didn’t work. What do I do now

I only see the Apple logo and I can’t update my phone.. what can I do? I don’t want to loose my pictures

iPhone 11, iOS 14

Unfortunately, if your device was not backed up to iCloud, you are not able to restore your files. The only alternative would be that the device was backed up to your Macs hard drive.
