The System data on my Macbook Pro, increase to 316 GB! My hard disk is 500 GB, all my documents and apps - only 120GB. And now I don't have free space. How to reduce the size of system data?

No... actually, I found where is the problem.
I used OmniDiskSweeper to find the folder with a big size. It was Adobe After Effects cache folder ~200GB.
So I delete it and now everything is ok!
