Uninstalled app still using screen

Hey everyone! A couple of months ago I uninstalled Wikipedia and today, as I was clearing my iPhone from unused apps and updating my settings, I noticed in ‘screen time’ that Wikipedia has been hogging up the usage! I immediately put in a screen limit of 1 min a day. Just to be clear, the app was uninstalled months earlier and I haven’t been visiting the wikipedia website either. How can I make sure that Wikipedia does not use up any of the resources of my phone?

I did notice some battery drain this last couple of weeks.
