iPhone power and external speaker adaptor

I used my old iPhone 4 to play music through my stereo. Plug the stereo cable into the earphone jack and the power in the power/USB port. Now I have to move to a newer iPhone 7 that only has the Lightning port. Is there any type of adaptor that will allow me to do both, ie keep power to the iPhone AND cable to my stereo? This should not be that complicated. Thanks in advance, David

external speakers Is there an adapter that allows the audio from the Iphone 11 to play from non-bluetooth external speakers; that is, speakers with the 3.5 end?
