I just bought iPad 3G + Wifi 64GB 2 days ago and it's surprise me to know that there are no Stocks app on iPad, it is a disappointment.
The reason I bought iPad is for work and I really need the Stocks app like I used on my iPhone. I don't get it why apple must take away this application, it won't hurt them if they just put it in.
I know I can look at my iPhone's Stocks app, but It still will be awesome if I have that Stocks app on iPad too, maybe in case if someday I use other phone.
I wonder if is it possible to put the Stocks app to iPad?
Maybe restore my iPhone backup data to my iPad?
I know there are a lot traders application out there on application store, but i can't find one that is similar to Stocks app which allow me see stocks and currencies exchange. More importantly it allow me to edit the currencies exchange each by each like i want it. (Example. USD/IDR, SGD/IDR. cause not all app let me have the indonesian rupiah rate or singapore rate, but Stocks app have them all!)
If any of you guys have suggestion, please let me know.
All suggestion is good, maybe app store have another similar app like stocks? or a way to install stocks?
There are several apps from the iPhone that don't show up on the iPad. Not sure why, maybe because they weren't converted. I don't know of any way to move the iPhone Stock app to the iPad, mainly because these apps are embedded into the iOS.
I use Bloomberg. Really sweet app, 10000000X better than the stock app on the iPhone. Seriously, the Stock App is just a simple one with little value in analyzing stocks.
