Mac mini m1 restarting, panic issue

4 months ago I bought the mac mini m1, and from the beginning even at first day had this panic restarting issue.

I reinstalled the OS, I booted in safe mode, I runt the disk aid, I tried the entrecheckpro, no issue found, but the mini keep restarting.

I tried to contact apple in developer forums, they deleted my post.

How can I contact apple in writing? They don't offer any type of support for people with hearing difficulties in EU, shame on them.

I spent more than 1000 euro and now I have to throw it.

Why they are scamming people?? I am going to fill a complain at authority, Apple you must offer support for at least 1 year in EU!!!!

Anyone has any idea what is this about, it is hardware or software issue? Always is different.

Your Etre looks good. As for Energy Saver, check "Prevent" - might fix. If not, your Chrome Browser is most likely to blame. Unfortunately nothing can be done about that other than to have fewer tabs open (I would limit it to 2 max). Or dump it altogether and use Safari, it's safer, more private.
