The indicated price for this Oxford Deluxe App is $42.99, I would like to findout this payment is for a one-time purchase or it is a yearly subscription?

I notice there is also another Oxford Dictionary App, it is free with Ads but also offers yearly ($30.99) and monthly subscription ($1.49).
