I can't log in to my itunes account.

itunes version 12.10.11.2

home computer, win 7

itunes is working, the store is opening, but I can't buy anything there - I can't log in to my account - the login window doesn't appear

Thanks for the updated information. In that case, the next step will be to remove then reinstall iTunes.

I have no problem connecting to the itunes store. the store is loading, I can find in it what I want to buy right now. but I can't buy it because I can't log in to my account. I click "log in" in the "account" menu and nothing happens - a window does not appear where I have to enter my username and password.

I don't speak English well enough to describe everything in detail. I use a translator, I hope you understand me
