On some webpages I cannot get to the pay button at the bottom of the page to make a payment, the screen does not seem to go to bottom of page?

Hi

its TUI website it allows me to put the information in to make payment but the pay button is at the bottom of the page (seen it on another computer) but on the iPad I cannot scroll down to the bottom for some reason?
