Nicknames not showing anywhere else but Messages

Hello,

I've been having this issue ever since I first found out about nicknames.

I have every setting set to the way that Nicknames should be preferred, but they only show in Messages.

searching messages through Nicknames also doesn't work.

Nicknames don't show up in Phone app, or incoming calls.

I've read tens of posts, tutorials and everything included, but can never get it to work.

Please help me out, nicknames seem to be useless otherwise.
