I have an Iphone 13 and I am trying to use an external mic to record audio for my video captured using the camera app. I a lightning adptater conected to the mic plug and it works great while using the Memos app but when I record using the camera app it uses only the mics in the iphone.
Does anyone know how to fix it?

I figured out the problem. The Lightning adapter I bought uses the phone as a power soure for a bluetooth connection, so the mic input gets to the phone as a wireless connection insted of going through the Lightning plug.
