My phone says No SIM. I can’t use the phone for calls or text. What can I do ?

I have had no problems till today. Now when I try to call or text it will not go through

iPhone XR, iOS 15

Start here, If you see 'invalid SIM' or 'no SIM' on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support and contact your carrier if necessary.
