How to request additional emoji color choices

Is there somewhere you can make suggestions for new emojis? I know that Apple doesn’t make emojis and that it’s Unicode but what about the alternate colors? Like skin tones? Does Apple make those color variations?

Can we get some alternate colors on other emojis?

• Black colored sheep would be nice
• Different colors for the eye emojis

cant think of anything else off the top of my head…. Injures went to look for the black sheep and there wasn’t one.
