After I installing, dragging and dropping into Applications, this is the message. It says it’s an “alias”? I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling and restarting computer. I’ve used this product for years and never had a problem before… ??
Thanks. It took me a while to get through to them, that’s why I posted here.
The solution was to create a separate folder in Applications and then drag and drop it in there.
