How to restore a iPhone

my iPhone is stuck on the restore screen and I can’t get in it has a laptop and charger on the screen

Plug the charging cable into your computer and restore iOS using iTunes (Windows) or Finder (macOS).

It should detect the phone in recovery mode and prompt you to start the restore process.
