Apple recommends that the iPhone battery should be replaced once the battery health reaches 80% or lower.

For Note:

The percentage may fluctuate. The percentage shown is only a guestimation on Apple's part. So you may see it increase above 80%. So, bear that in mind when determining if it is time for a new battery.
