There is a list of commands for Siri in Apple's support document Use Siri on your Apple TV

The verbal commands are engaged by the actions: Hold down the Siri button on your Siri Remote, say what you want, then release the Siri button.

The most important one is “Find funny cat videos on YouTube.”
