Not able to use Apple funds to upgrade icloud on my wife's iphone. Apple wallet already has the required amount

I am trying to upgrade ICloud storage on my wife's iphone but whenever I do it, it goes on payment and shipping asking me to edit instead of completing the payment. I already have the required funds in Apple Wallet but still not able to buy it.

Can somebody please help?

Sharing the screenshots also. Can't believe after charging such exorbitant prices, iphone such patchy/buggy user interface

We understand you're trying to upgrade your wife's iCloud+ storage but you're being prompted to edit the payment and billing information. We'd be happy to help!

For this issue, we'd recommend viewing your billing information to confirm its up to date: Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods.

If you're unable to complete the purchase, we'd recommend to Contact Apple for support and service.
