Lost Iphone XR with no network carrier and is powered off

i tried to use find my device but the phone i misplace has no network sim card and I only use it when its connected to wifi, so how can i find my phone when its turned off and has no network carrier? I tried the find my phone app but it says device is offline.

You are not going to be able to find that iPhone in the state that you have described. It must have an internet connection to report its location. It does not have cellular service and it is not connected to a Wi-Fi Network. Every time you check for the location, then it will always show OFFLINE.
