Issue with subscription

I had downloaded a app called Shut eye sleep tracker. It said 7 day free trial cancel at any time and then 59.99 per year so i did it well it automatically took out the 59.99 and i didn’t get the 7 day free trial like it stated. I would like a re fund to my account because that is not right
