I didn’t turn on two factor authentication who can I speak to?

Two factor authentication- i never turned it on and I haven’t even gotten an email. Please help me to turn it off.

If you created a new ID recently, 2 Factor Authentication is automatically enabled.


Contact Apple ID Support for assistance.  See the Apple Support articles below for contact information.

Get Support      -    Work through the screens to get a chat option. You may have to pick a slightly different problem.
