Apple ID problems

I just bought an iPhone 13 PRO Max and i am using the same Apple ID since many years back.

But since i got this phone i am not able to use Apple Pay. My card is on wallet but double clicking the side button is not working and i have enabled that in settings.

And in App Store i am not able to download anything new, when i press get it just spins and return to get.

When i am playing a game and want to make à in-app purchase it is just spinning forever.

I am using the latest IOS 15.3.1.

in App Store i am not able to download anything new,

You may need to have a payment method on file, even if the app you want to download is free.
