Cloning / Duplicate App

Hi,

I’m using my phone for work nad private staff.

In my old samsung I have two Messenger Apps. I tried several thing on iPhone but nothing work well. Is it possible to have two apps with two different account on one iPhone?

I use the same apple id for both of my phones but one of the apps cannot be used on the other phone? how to used the same app's on two different phones under the same apple ID?
