If I buy a new 32gb iPad do I actually get 32gb of usable memory for apps or will the IOS and System Data use up 10gb of it ?? This is the reason why I’m being made to buy a new one as my 16gb Air has had most of its memory used up by Apple themselves !!! Thank you
