My IPad (I believe generation 7?) randomly turned off and will not turn back on. I have tried a hard reset and I’ve tried charging it for a while and then doing a hard reset. None of these things have worked. The same thing happened to a friends IPad that was bought at the same time as mine, and we were unable to fix it.
Any idea why this might be happening/how to fix it?
