iphone 13 getting hot really fast

ive had my 13 for about a week now and ive had various different iphone models over the years i’ve never had one that gets hot the way this thing does. almost seems it’s got an issue, it heats up charging, just scrolling through social media, even installing my files the phone got so hot i couldn’t hold it, apple are you starting to lower the build quality of your phones even further??? tbh i’d rather have my 11 back than this thing
