Subscription link to old account, how to change to the new one ?

Recently I signed up for the app name bilibili (anime streaming services) by using “Sign in with Apple” and subscribe in in-app purchase for 1 month. Then I wanted to change to the new ID so I signed up for the new account by using e-mail. After the subscription expired, I used the new ID to subscribe, but the subscription was still linked to my old account. How to fix this ? Thanks
