Ipad bought in the US
Maybe a dumb question but we are going to florida and we where wondering if and Ipad bought in usa will work in Denmark Europe?

Yes it will.
Tha bad news is that Apple Stores or Authorized Service Providers in Denmark might refuse to service that device (if necessary), since the warranty is valid only in the country where your bought the iPad.
