Problem solved: Data can't be unlocked on WD external Hard drives when plugged in to access.

I finally got a solution solved for not being able to access my WD external hard drives because the new APPLE softwares not compatible with the old software that WD won't update on the external hard drives.

If you don't already have an account, make one.

Then when you plug in your external harddrive, it will let you unlock and access all your information.

Also make sure your WD Utility software is up to date.

I had 3 external hard drives from over 15 years and was able to grab my info and pictures with no problem.
