Every time I try to connect my AirPods my screen freezes then Bluetooth says “unavailable”

My AirPods can’t connect too my Bluetooth every time I try to connect them my Bluetooth says “unavailable”

What device are you trying to connect these to? If an iPhone, refer tot the following...
