i just reset my password for apple...trying to log in it says it is not current...WHY???

i have just input the same question THREE TIMES AND NO REPLY? Apple customer service is impossible to get answers to your questions? WHY WILL APPLE NOT ACCEPT A CURRENT PASSWORD ON THE APPLE IPAD.....

HOW MANY TIMES DO YOU HAVE TO SUBMIT A QUESTION TO GET AN ANSWER??????
