Ipad Split View
Please turn back ON the ability to turn OFF Split View in the IOS. I inly like using this feature when needed and now it constantly splits the screen in Safari when I’m browsing.

Split screen in Safari is difficult to enable without deliberate user input. You have to tap and hold down on the 4 squares icon in the upper right to invoke the menu from which you can select a split view window.
If you are talking about Multitasking which you invoke by tapping on the three dots at the top of the screen, as you know, that can no longer be disabled.
