can iphone be hacked and data can be taken by any hacker

my wife has iPhone 12 pro max and now it is updated to the latest version of iOS

can any hacker send trojan or virus to the phone and take any sen sensitive data from it or not?

please respond urgent

Not if you didn't jailbreak it, no. At leas not for less than around 5 million dollars, which is what it cost the FBI for software capable of doing that.
