One of my AirPods isn’t working

Hey, I’ve bought and IPad a few months ago, it came with free airpods for school. One of my AirPods isn’t working anymore, since isn’t been less than a year I could get a new one with a receipt, or something like that, but I can’t find the receipt in my email. Is there a way to get the receipt? Or anything I can do about my AirPods?

If your left or right AirPod isn't working - Apple Support


The only way to obtain a replacement AirPod under warranty would be if a manufacturing defect were responsible for the issue.


As that’s highly unlikely, if the above link doesn’t solve the issue, try “Replace a missing AirPod or charging case” here.

Verify the Balance:

  1. Go to: Settings
  2. Tap: General
  3. Tap: Accessibility
  4. Scroll Down: to Hearing
  5. Adjust: the audio volume balance
