iPhone 13 won’t re-pair to Apple Watch
Hello guys, so I have a problem since I bought my iPhone 13. I migrated all my data from my iPhone 11 and everything cool there. But then I realized that my Apple Watch (4th Gen) wasn’t connected to my iPhone, just wifi even though they were close. So I restarted my iPhone and the connection established (green phone on Apple Watch screen).
Later, I left my iPhone charging in my bedroom and went downstairs, when I came back, I realized that my Apple Watch wasn’t reconnecting to my iPhone. It stayed on wifi. The only solution I have been able to find is restart my iPhone (not the Apple Watch since that doesn’t work) and try not to separate my iPhone from my Apple Watch.
I already tried everything I could find in Apple Support including: restarting iPhone, restarting Apple Watch, resetting network on iPhone, unpair and pair again Apple Watch (many many times), checking airplane mode to be off on both devices, updating to the latest software update and even taking to someone at Apple Support and they couldn’t help me. They literally told me to wait for the next software update and maybe there was a fix for my problem. But it has been 4 software update since I began experiencing this issue (yes, many months) amd no solution appears.
I noticed that when I get into Bluetooth settings on my iPhone and my Apple Watch is correctly paired everything seems fine but when the Watch unpairs it appears like there were two Apple Watches connected to the iPhone (see the photo).
Does anyone have experienced this problem?
Can anyone help me find the solution?
I only want that my Apple Watch pair again automatically to iPhone when they get next to each other after they were far from each other.
