i want to remove an old card from my Apple ID but it says I still have an active subscription. But I have cancelled all my subscriptions. What’s happening?

also I want to add a new card to my Apple ID but it says I have no completed the form. But I have put in all my card details and Kraft nothing blank but says form is not completed. What’s happening?
